Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, with a minimum of $25.
I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. This policy is not meant as a penalty, but as a way to protect the stylist’s time and income. When appointments are canceled on short notice, it’s often difficult to fill that time, which can significantly affect the livelihood of stylists and their families.
I truly value every one of my clients and always strive to be understanding and flexible whenever possible. I just want to be transparent about this policy so there’s no confusion or misunderstanding.
